£39,000 to £42,000

This stunning luxury hotel offers guests a relaxing escape form the hustle and bustle of London. The hotel has multiple dining options ranging from all day dining, afternoon tea, busy bar, in room dining etc.

What's involved?
A successful Sous Chef will work alongside a talented Executive Head Chef with a wealth of culinary knowledge and experience. Your expertise will shine while carefully and responsibly managing the day to day running of the brigade, managing menus, food safety etc.

A minimum of 5 star and 2 AA Rosette experience is required for this position.
