17.5 hours per week (7.5 on Saturday / 4 on Sunday / 2x 3 hour mid week evening shifts - 16:30-19:30)

The Role:

A role combining both sales management and customer service
Dealing with customers over the phone
Understanding a customers situation and the solutions that you can offer
Providing a good overview of the company products and services on offer
Sealing a customers sales commitment
Working towards regular and consistent sales targets
Consistently achieving Sales KPI's

The Person:

Previous experience of working across customer service and/or sales environments
Self-motivation
Strong communicator with the ability to create good relationships with customers
Enthusiasm to drive our business forward and achieve personal goals
The ability to fully understand and empathise with our customers situations and provide them with solutions to support them
