The Role - Electrician

As an Electrician, you’ll carry out a varied scope of electrical installation, remedial, and reactive maintenance works on a Northwest based Term Contract. This will include reactive tasks, planned preventative maintenance (PPM) set against KPI’s consisting of general / emergency lighting, fire alarms, distribution systems, asset collation and testing and inspecting electrical installations to BS7671. Small works installations to existing buildings.

The Package

• Pay rate as per JIB rates with pay up to £767.25 per week (equivalent to annual salary of up to approx. £40,000), working 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday inclusive of lunch break
• Opportunities for additional overtime paid at time and a half / double time

Our Requirements - Electrician

• Qualified as an Electrician with 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations
• Inspection & Testing 2391 or equivalent
• Possess own hand tools
• Full UK manual driving licence
• BAFE Qualification would be an advantage
• Experience of operating handheld PDA device and managing tasks priority
• Multi skill set to reactive tasks
• Ability to self-manage own workload and work well under pressure
• Proactive and positive approach to problem solving
• Willingness to work overtime as needed to support the team
