Overall Tasks

Completing scheduled planned and preventive maintenance
Responding to reactive tasks onsite
Maintaining and servicing plant rooms
Logging completed jobs on the company log books
Following health and safety protocols onsite
Liaising with building managers and subcontractors
Participating in annual building shutdowns

Requirements

Knowledge of building service maintenance
Experience working on; Generators, Transformers, UPS systems, Lighting systems and Power distribution
Proven track record of electrical fault finding, testing and carrying out PPM's
City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3
