Job Title: Multi Skilled AC Engineer

Salary: £39,000 per annum + Company Van and Fuel Card

Are you a skilled and versatile Air Conditioning Engineer seeking a new challenge? We are currently looking for a Multi Skilled AC Engineer to join our team and manage a diverse commercial portfolio in the Newcastle Area. This Monday to Friday role, with working hours from 8 am to 5 pm, offers a competitive basic salary of £39,000 per annum, along with the added benefits of a company van and fuel card.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out maintenance, repairs, and installations of air conditioning systems in commercial properties.

Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.

Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with air conditioning equipment.

Collaborate with the maintenance team to address HVAC-related problems efficiently.

Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and report any potential issues to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Multi Skilled AC Engineer or similar role.

Relevant HVAC qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent).

Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems, controls, and components.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Commitment to safety protocols and procedures.
