As a key member of the team, reporting directly to the Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional, seamless guest experience. You’ll lead and inspire the team, ensuring they are well-prepared, expertly trained, and fully immersed in the finer details of luxury service.

The Role

• To support the team with preparing the restaurant for service.
• Welcome and assist guests arriving at the restaurant.
• When necessary provide support to the operations team on the Restaurant floor.

The Person

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
• Warm, friendly and welcoming personality.
• Positive and proactive attitude towards delivering service excellence.
• Someone who can act as an ambassador for Beaverbrook.
• To be prepared to work flexibility and assist the team where required to ensure a smooth dining experience for our guests.

We are looking for someone who has already worked as a Restaurant Host or a in similar customer focused role to join our team at Beaverbrook.

Salary: £24,000 per annum plus Variable Service Charge

Shift Pattern

• This position will consist of 40 hour per week.
• Working 5 out of 7 days, you will be able to offer the flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required.
• Hours may consist of the following shifts: 08:30-15:00, 10:30-20:45, 14:00-21:00.
