A fantastic opportunity for a multi skilled maintenance manager has arisen, to work for a plastics manufacturing organization local to Leicester

Salary up to £55,000

Shifts - 36.35 hours (Flexitime)

Location - Commutable from the Lecester

(Multi skilled maintenance manager)

* Excellent leader able to demonstrate an engaging and inspiring management style.

* Excellent working knowledge of health and safety legislation in manufacturing and engineering maintenance environments

* Experienced and extensive knowledge of service driven process industries.

* Experience leading a multi-site engineering and maintenance team to achieve uptime targets Excellent knowledge of all regulations and legislation affecting manufacturing industry e.g., ATEX, LOLER etc.

* Excellent communication skills.

* An understanding of ISO 9001 and the ability to prepare processes consistent with it to support customer service outcomes.

* Experience working with machinery i.e. conveyor systems, hydraulic presses and boilers

Company benefits -

* Up to £55,000 salary

* Annual leave of 31 days inclusive of bank holidays (rising to 32 after 5 years' service and your birthday off after 2 years' service)
