GRG are partnering with a small real estate business and have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Senior Credit Controller to join their Birmingham team.

Key Responsibilities:

Take ownership of the credit control process, ensuring the timely collection of outstanding payments and maintaining healthy cash flow.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, handling queries and resolving payment discrepancies professionally and efficiently.
Monitor aged debt reports, identify risk areas, and implement strategies to reduce overdue balances.
Manage property-related accounts, including service charge and rent collections, ensuring compliance with UK regulations.
Develop and enhance credit control processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness within the team.
Work closely with the finance team and other departments to support business objectives and maintain alignment.Working Pattern:

9:00 am-5:00 pm, with flexibility available.
4 days per week in our Birmingham City Centre office.
1 day working from home, with a flexible approach.What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Credit Controller, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
Strong knowledge of the property sector, particularly service charge and rent collection.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Proficiency in financial systems and Excel, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Highly organised, proactive, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.Benefits:
