• Experience managing service contractors working across mixed tenure housing, and a range of specialist areas including supported housing and older person’s accommodation.
• Experience working with ‘soft FM’ / estate services contractors delivering communal cleaning, window cleaning & grounds maintenance services.
• Knowledge & understanding of Service Charge processes & legislation. 
• Experiencing managing I&E budget and analysing financial information.
