4 on 4 off, 40 hours per week

Late shift - 13:00 - 01:00

Permanent, Luton

THE ROLE:

* Perform line and base maintenance at Luton base under Part 145 and company procedures.

* Certify aircraft maintenance within approval limits while maintaining high standards.

* Oversee mechanics and non-certifying engineers, ensuring safe and proper procedures.

* Make independent maintenance decisions when necessary.

* Take a hands-on approach to aircraft maintenance tasks.

* Occasionally work away from base as required.

* Professionally manage customer and crew inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and feedback.

HOURS:

* Luton base operates 24/7/365; flexibility and professionalism are essential.

* Work as part of a team covering a 24-hour operation, including days, lates, weekends, and bank holidays.

* Typical shift pattern: 4 on, 4 off, but flexibility may be needed for lone working or workload.

* Initial training involves Monday-to-Friday work and day shifts (07:00-19:00) before transitioning to late shifts.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

* Licenses: Must hold a full UK Part-66 B1 and/or B2 License (copy required with application).

* Type Ratings: Two type ratings preferred (Challenger 300/350, 604/605, or Global Series); consideration given for one with relevant corporate experience.

* Training: Further type training provided as needed; must have current Human Factors training.

* Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; sheet metal experience beneficial but not essential.
