School Facilities Assistant - Information about the school

Tempest Resourcing are recruiting on behalf of a school in The District of Braintree, who are looking to appoint an experienced School Facilities Assistant.

The perfect candidate will have previous experience working within a school in the facilities field and will be used to carrying out a variety of different duties.

The duties in this role are, but not limited to, ensuring the standards of cleanliness are high, opening and/or closing the site, reporting any problems or concerns to the facilities manager and keeping a written record when necessary.

The role will also require you to have a good knowledge of health and safety and general maintenance/grounds experience in order to assist in the functionalities of the school in a safe, responsible and efficient manner.
