An established architectural firm, with stunning offices, is seeking to recruit a proactive, enthusiastic and competent Receptionist to fill this role supporting a central London office of 140+ staff.Working alongside one other, the role primarily involves looking after office hospitality, liaising with external suppliers, reception and project administration as well as event planning.You will work with architects and project teams, as part of a larger group of Executive Assistants and Reception.The ideal candidate will be a dedicated people person with a can-do attitude who is self-motivated, adaptable and able to work to deadlines, with excellent written and oral communication skills and a willingness to get stuck in.This opportunity will suit someone with excellent client skills (receptionist) who wants a busy role in a leading firm. It is fully office-based however the company does offer a half day on the last Friday of every month. Salary is dependent on experience.
