Council Tax Officer - Fully Remote - 6 month contract - Gloucestershire

One of my clients has reached out to me as they are on the hunt for a Council Tax Officer to join them on a interim basis for the course of 6 months FULLY REMOTE!

They are looking for someone who specialises in and has previous experience in Civica Open Revs and Open Portal.

Please see below the requirements needed for the officer to join their team.

You must have experience in -

Previous experience and comfortable with Civica Open Revs
Previous experience with the open portal
Experience in billing & recovery.
Your day to day responsibilities:

Shifting through a single work queue allocated to the officer by the team leader.
Work on Civica
Change of address and liability
