Our client is currently on the look out for an Automotive Service Advisor to join their team in

Must have experience with a main dealer in the motor trade to be considered.

As a Service Advisor you will play a vital role within the retailer as being the point of communication between the Technicians and our customers. We are looking for a Service Advisorwho has the ability to work to deadlines and handle sensitive and confidential information. You'll have excellent communication skills and experience in a selling/customer service environment.

What's on offer?

· Basic salary between £30,000 - £33,000

· £40,000-£45,000 - OTE

· Permanent/full time role

· 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays) in addition to an annual leave purchase & sale scheme

Requirements:

· Are you a team player?

· Are you customer focused?

· Do you have great organisational skills?

· Can you drive the standard in customer care?

· Do you have a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role?

Key responsibilities:

· Arranging and booking your customers vehicle servicing appointments via telephone and email.

· Provide best advice on any report repairs or additional service required, be able to sell with confidence and become their point of contact for the duration of their vehicle being within our Workshop.

· Be able to provide updates and consultatively advise on repair work being or needing to be carried out.

· Create customer invoices and run through the work that has been carried out on their vehicle. Proactively reschedule appointments for the customer for any future vehicle maintenance or servicing.
