Job Description: We are currently seeking a Locum Scottish Qualifed Property Lawyer to join a highly reputable firm in the North West.

The ideal candidate will be available ASAP, and will be available to provide cover on a fully remote basis for the forfeesable. Duties:

• Handling a diverse range of residential conveyancing matters
• Dealing with sales, purchases, leasehold, and freehold matters
• Liaising with clients, Estate Agents, and other Fee Earners
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions

Hourly rate: Dependant on experience (outside IR35)
