A leading Social Housing Contractor are looking to appoint a Site Manager for a long term planned maintenance contract in Flintshire. The Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful management and delivery of kitchens and bathrooms refurbishments in occupied homes, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

The primary responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and managing all site activities. The Site Manager will lead and motivate a team of skilled tradespeople and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment. Ensuring all work meets the company's quality standards and complies with relevant regulations and specifications is crucial. Additionally, the Site Manager will implement and maintain stringent health and safety protocols on site, ensuring the safety of all workers and residents.

Maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns, and providing regular updates on project progress is essential. Proactively identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle is also a key aspect of the role.

Requirements:

You will have proven experience as a Site Manager in social housing planned maintenance, with a focus on kitchen and bathroom refurbishments. Relevant construction management qualifications, such as SMSTS and a CSCS card, are required. You should possess an in-depth understanding of construction processes, building regulations, and health and safety standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. A strong commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction is a must.
