Job Summary:

My client is seeking an experienced CNC Turner Programmer with strong expertise in both online and offline programming using Haas and Fanuc control systems. The candidate will be skilled in creating, modifying, and optimizing CNC programs, ensuring precision and efficiency in their machining processes. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can deliver high-quality parts on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

· Program, set up, and operate CNC turning machines, specializing in Haas and Fanuc systems.

· Develop and modify CNC programs both online and offline.

· Select and set up the appropriate tooling for each job.

· Inspect and measure completed work to ensure it meets technical specifications.

· Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes.

· Maintain a clean and safe work environment and adhere to company policies and safety regulations.

· Conduct routine machine maintenance to ensure continuous operation.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience as a CNC Turner with expertise in Haas and Fanuc systems.

· Proficiency in both online and offline programming.

· Strong understanding of technical drawings and blueprints.

· High attention to detail and commitment to precision.

· Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines.

· Good communication and teamwork skills.
