Assistant Site Manager - Dublin

A company that provides integrated development and fit out services for retail and commercial projects. They have expertise in design, construction, joinery, metalwork and maintenance, and deliver high quality projects worldwide.
The position is full-time contractual role (6+ months) on a Commercial Office Fitout project; which would be ideally suited to a driven, ambitious and enthusiastic Assistant Site Manager. The successful candidate will report to the Site Manager.
Your main duties will be as below
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Site Manager with the day to day running of the site
- Managing sub-contractors, operational staff & personnel on site
- Support the Site Manager & Project Manager in delivering the project to the highest of quality & completed on time, within the budget
- Ensuring the team are always Health & Safety aware
Qualification and Experience:
- Trade Qualification
- Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation is required.
- Commercial project experience is required.
- Team management experience is essential.
- Experience in Microsoft office & other computer programmes
