We're seeking an enthusiastic Supply Teaching Assistant to support primary classes in Croydon starting in November 2024. This part-time role includes helping with lesson activities and fostering students' educational and social development.

Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers with lessons and classroom activities
• Provide support to individual students or small groups
• Ensure student safety during class and break times
• Promote a positive, inclusive learning environment
• Support classroom organisation and perform light admin tasks

Requirements:

• Experience as a Teaching Assistant or similar role
• Understanding of primary curriculum and child development
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Patient, empathetic, and positive with children

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant education or childcare qualification
• CACHE Level 1, 2, or 3; First Aid certification is a plus
