About the role: As our new KS1 Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and stimulating environment where young learners can thrive. You'll be planning engaging lessons that cater to all abilities, ensuring every child is challenged and supported. Your role will also include fostering positive relationships with students, parents, and staff, and contributing to the wider life of the school by taking part in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development opportunities. You'll have access to fantastic resources, including state-of-the-art technology and spacious classrooms, to help bring your lessons to life.

Application Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Passion for teaching and a desire to inspire young minds.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
• A commitment to contributing to the wider school community.
• Experience working in KS1 (desirable but not essential).

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver creative and engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum for KS1.
• Support children in developing key literacy, numeracy, and social skills.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure the holistic development of each child.
• Assess, monitor, and report on students' progress, tailoring support as needed.
