About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Canary Wharf, managing an Electrical Fit-out project. You'll be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of electrical installations - from planning and procurement to execution and handover - ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage electrical projects from inception to completion.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.

*

Develop project schedules, resource plans, and financial forecasts.

*

Ensure compliance with BS7671, Health & Safety regulations, and project-specific requirements.

Manage procurement of materials, labour, and services.

*

Track project progress and report to senior management.

*

Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any technical or logistical issues.

*

Prepare and present documentation including RAMS, variations, and final handover packs.

Requirements:

*

Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager, ideally in commercial or infrastructure projects.

*

Qualified Electrician background (NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition, AM2, etc.).

*

SMSTS/SSSTS and CSCS card required.

*

Strong understanding of electrical design, installations, and testing procedures.

*

Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.

*

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

*

Proficient with MS Project, Excel, and project management software
