Description of the Role:

Simply Education are seeking a passionate and dedicated Key Stage 1 Teacher to join a supportive and thriving primary school in Oldham, Greater Manchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and differentiated lessons, fostering a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment, and supporting students' academic and personal development. Duties and Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver creative, high-quality lessons that cater to the needs of all students in Key Stage 1.
Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment where children feel confident and motivated to learn.
Assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and making adjustments to ensure all children succeed.
Build strong relationships with students, supporting their academic, social, and emotional development.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective teaching strategies and maintain a positive classroom culture.
Maintain accurate records of student performance and provide regular updates to parents and school leadership.
Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities to continuously enhance teaching practice.
Work closely with parents and carers to ensure the well-being and overall development of each child.

Applicant Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 (Years 1-2) is desirable.
Strong understanding of the Early Years and Key Stage 1 curriculum and teaching strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create a supportive and stimulating learning environment.
Flexible, patient, and proactive approach to teaching.
Enhanced DBS check (we can assist with this if necessary).
