This is your chance to work on cutting-edge technology, collaborating with Airbus to develop high-precision components for the next generation of aircraft.The Role:- Assemble and test aerospace components to the highest industry standards.- Complete administrative tasks to support project success.- Read and interpret complex engineering drawings.- Utilize your fitting/assembly experience (aerospace preferred, but other industries considered).What We're Looking For:- Completion of a full engineering apprenticeship or a Level 3 qualification in an engineering-related discipline.- Hands-on experience in fitting or assembly, with a high level of attention to detail.What's on Offer:- Salary: Starting at £37,300, with shift allowances bringing earnings to approximately £44k.- Shifts: Rotating 2-week pattern of days, lates, and nights.- Shift Premiums: 38.5% for nights, 39.75% for lates.- Permanent position with clear opportunities for long-term career development.- Location: Gloucester.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly skilled and supportive team within a globally recognized aerospace manufacturer.
