Success Recruit are currently working with a successful auto-repair company based in Thurrock. They are looking to recruit a Fleet Service Advisor to support with front of house duties, customer service, and administration.

The successful candidate does not need administrative experience or a background in a similar environment, but must demonstrate the willingness and excitement to learn.

The successful Fleet Service Advisor will be expected to:

  • Demonstrate strong customer service skills and personability
  • Have excellent communication both written & verbal
  • Hold a full UK driving licence (for work purposes)
  • Cope well under pressure, prioritising tasks and working proactively

Job Description:

The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure operational management of their customers fleet repair and maintenance day-to-day. This will include daily management of service schedules, breakdowns, and liaising with scheduling teams to ensure each vehicle’s off road time is kept to a minimum.

The ideal candidate will work well in a team and feel confident speaking with mechanics & other customers on a daily basis. This position will suit someone with a calm demeanour and positive attitude.

Duties to include but not limited to:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day operations of vehicle maintenance, service and repair.
  • Efficient booking of vehicles using their internal CRM systems (1 link and MAM Autoworks), ensuring minimum downtime and operational impact.
  • Management & interrogation of costs relating to repairs/invoices/applications.
  • Keeping accurate compliance records and ensuring successful completion of audits.
  • Maintaining industry accreditations.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives under pressure and feels confident in their ability to deliver a high standard of administration and customer service. Full training will be provided for navigating company systems; however, experience with any CRM Software & Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word, & Excel, would be very beneficial.

Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30 am - 5.30pm

Salary: £25k - 33K DOE
