We have an immediately available role for a main contractor's Senior Site Manager on a £40m school building project near Oxford. Works have recently commenced so we are hoping to achieve a successful hire before Christmas.

A new, three-storey, L-shaped school will be built next to existing buildings which will be demolished in phases to allow the school to remain open ahead of the full opening in late 2026.

The Candidate

* BSc Civ Eng or Construction Management qualification.

* Experience with main contractors on projects such as colleges, leisure centres and research facilities where the safe interface between works and the public is an essential consideration.

* SMSTS and Black CSCS Card.
