***Lettings Negotiator - East London - £26k Basic, £60k OTE - Excellent Progression

My client is a well known, global property company with an excellent reputation. They are now looking for an experienced lettings negotiator to join their team in their office.

Responsibilities for the lettings negotiator:

The main purpose of the role is to generate and book valuations, whilst conducting accurate market appraisals/valuations which will hopefully lead to instructed properties.

You will also be conducting property viewings, negotiate tenancies & maximising the overall income and profitability of your branch.

Key skils for the lettings negotiator:

• Estate Agency experience as a Lettings Negotiator
• Able to generate new business in a target driven environment
• Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
• Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
• A Full UK driving licence

Salary: £26k basic £60k OTE
