About the Role:

As a Science Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our science laboratories are well-equipped and ready for exciting experiments and lessons. Your hands-on support will directly impact the educational experience of students, fostering a stimulating and dynamic learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and set up scientific equipment and materials for lessons.
Maintain and manage laboratory resources and stock.
Provide technical support to teachers and students during experiments.
Ensure health and safety standards are met in the science labs.
Assist with the development and implementation of new science resources and experiments.
Ideal Candidates Will Have:

An A Level or equivalent qualification, or a BTEC HNC/HND, foundation degree, or higher in a science or technology subject.
A passion for science and a commitment to educational excellence.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
The ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
