Venn Group are supporting a large NHS trust in the south of england to recruit and Band 7 Medical Workforce Capacity Manager on a 1 year FTC 

Role will include:

• Looking after the Rostering system for Doctors 
• Rotas for Doctors 
• Managing the managed service provider for temporary workforce
• Driving down agency spend
• Working on a project to set up a Bank
• Manage a small team of 5
