Work as an Children Regional Manager for an Children's Provider managing Care Homes in Rochdale, Accrington, Preston and Blackburn. This provider is eager to speak to Children's RM's stepping up or experienced Regional Manager with Responsible Individual's good background on Ofsted to hit the ground running to manage the day to day running of the services and support the Managers.

Children Regional Manager Requirements:
- Extensive Children's RM experience
- Good Ofsted experience
- RI / Regional experience preferred

As a Children Regional Manager, you'll look after the operations of the Homes to ensure the safeguarding, manage disciplinaries and have general oversight for all things KPI related in the Children's Homes.

You will work with the company to manage the new Homes that are being acquired over the next 12 - 18 months to take this care provider from 11 - 17 Homes.
