We are working with a leading fresh produce grower and packer who packs a range of fresh produce for retail and foodservice customers based in Lincolnshire

About the Job

You will lead due diligence administration for the technical team

Keep supplier approval lists up to date at all times

Ensure that food safety, ethical and environmental due diligence uploaded to online platforms is accurate and maintained to achieve full compliance.

Complete weekly compliance KPI reporting

Working with the team to ensure all administration tasks are completed.

The Ideal Candidate

This role will suit a recent graduate who has had a placement year within a technical/quality role in a food or fresh produce business or someone working as a technical compliance officer or assistant,

Ideally, degree qualified

Keen interest in paperwork and a good eye for detail

Ideally, you will have experience in BRC, HACCP, SEDEX, Food Safety etc

Good IT skills
