The Role:

We are looking for a suitably qualified individual to join our active, dynamic and friendly team of Trainer Assessors. The successful candidate will be required to deliver high quality apprenticeships and work-based training to local employers. You will be responsible for a cohort of learners, providing on programme support and assessment and completing tri-partie progress review meetings with the employer and apprentice.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Occupational experience within the Plumbing and Gas sector.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing and Heating
  • In date ACS qualifications for Domestic Gas.
  • Maths and English at level 2.
  • Assessor qualifications essential.
  • Verifier qualifications are desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong IT skills - experience of using e-portfolio systems would be preferential but training can be provided if needed.
  • Access to your own suitable transport to be able to visit clients across the Greater Manchester region
