What's involved?

Supporting the Head Chef and overseeing kitchen operations.
Supervising and guiding junior staff.
Preparing and cooking dishes to high standards.
Contributing to menu development and innovation.
Managing inventory and minimizing waste.
Ensuring kitchen cleanliness and adherence to hygiene standards.
Checking dish quality before service.
Coordinating with other kitchen and front-of-house teams.
Assisting in staff training and problem-solving during service.
