Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursing Home Manager for our esteemed facility located in the New Malden area. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in nursing home management and preferably be nurse-qualified. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team of professionals committed to providing high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the nursing home ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Lead, manage, and support the care team to ensure the highest standards of care are delivered.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of residents.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided to ensure it meets the necessary standards.
- Manage budgets and ensure financial sustainability of the home.
- Foster a positive and supportive environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
- Ensure that all staff receive appropriate training and development opportunities.
- Handle complaints and incidents in a professional manner, ensuring satisfactory resolutions.
- Liaise with residents' families and other stakeholders to maintain effective communication and relationships.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and excellence within the home.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in nursing home management or a similar role.
- Ideally nurse-qualified (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) with a valid NMC pin.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices in elderly care.
- Ability to manage budgets and financial processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to resident care.
