VNA Recruitment are currently searching for 2 candidates to fill the roles of Senior Employee Relations Case Advisor and Employee Relations Case Advisor for our client based in Croydon. These roles are Healthcare Related so experience in the Healthcare sector is very desirable. The main responsibilities of these roles are:

• Sickness Absence Management
• Employee Relations
• General HR Support
• Training
• Finance/Payroll
• Responsibility for the health and safety and welfare of yourself and others and have to comply to health and safety regulations at all times.

The Employee Relations Case Advisor will report to the Senior Employee Relations Case Advisor. The main duties of the senior role include:

• Establishing working relationships with managers in assigned directorate teams
• Providing expert and up to date knowledge to all employees
• Providing first point of contact for HR advice
• Support the Head of Strategic Employee Relations
