The position of Sales Trading Executive will work in a driven, passionate, and sales led team, working to identify and manage sales opportunities within the Wholesale sector.

The position of Sales Trading Executive will report to the Senior Director and work with a 'team member' approach but maintain a positive competitive attitude to achieving set targets and goals. It is fundamental that the individual in this position has a passion for sales and a want for success within an environment that can be pressured and challenging at times.

Key responsibilities include:
Management of wholesale customers daily requirements
Monthly reporting to the Senior Director, with accurate figures & reports of sales / growth activity
Generation of new customers and development of existing customers; growing sales opportunities
Work with colleagues to understand stock levels available / surplus stock, to identify areas / products that will generate sales

Skills and experience required:

Proven experience in fresh produce sales, ideally within the wholesale market.
Experience within a fast paced, short shelf life product arena is essential; understanding the importance of time with perishable products
Confident, personable, and clear communication skills, with the ability to generate reports based on sales figures & performance
Effective time management, planning, and good organisational skills

Existing relationships within the London and South East region's wholesale and retail markets would be beneficial.
