Project Coordinator – 2-year Fixed Term Contract £ 30,000 – 32,000 West End THE COMPANY: Our client is a professional membership body who is seeking a Project Coordinator to join on a contract basis for 2 years. THE ROLE:

• Collaborate with project stakeholders to coordinate activities and schedules
• Update project documentation such as risk registers, change logs and programme plans
• Provide administrative support to the Programme Manager, including scheduling meetings, arranging travel, preparing documents, and maintaining programme files
• Assist with budget planning

THE PERSON:

• Experience in business administration, project management and programme administration
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience managing a digital filing system
