A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a professional Construction Project Manager to join a fast-paced, multidisciplinary Construction Consultancy in Derby.

The Construction Project Manager Role

Reporting to the Director, the successful Construction Project Manager will work on a broad range of projects including Infrastructure, Engineering, Commercial, Industrial, Education, Health, Leisure and Retail.

In this pivotal role, the Project Manager will be responsible for leading projects from inception to completion, demonstrating an appreciation for and the ability to adapt to the specific requirements of the business and project at hand.

The role comes with uncapped opportunity for progression and could be the perfect opportunity for a driven Project Manager eager to take on more responsibility, including the management of junior staff, and progress through the ranks. Or, an ambitious Project Manager who feels they've hit a ceiling in their current role and is ready to step into a Senior role.

The Construction Project Manager

The incoming Construction Project Manager will benefit from a hybrid working policy, based out of the office 2-3 days per week whilst visiting site and working from home the remainder. Alongside this, you will have:

• Must have previous Project Management experience within a UK Construction Consultancy
• Should hold a BSc/MSc in Project Management or a construction related field
• JCT and NEC experience / knowledge
• An Engineering background is incredibly desirable but not a must
• MRICS, MCIOB or MAPM or currently working towards ideally
• A successful track record delivering projects from inception to completion RIBA 0-7 ideally
