Customer Service Specialist Wanted! Are you available immediately?

Salary £13 to £14 per hour

Are you passionate about helping others and delivering exceptional customer experiences? Our client is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join their team to help manage customers orders and invoices to provide customer satisfaction every time.

What You'll Do:

Deal with Customer orders to be processed onto the company system in line with company KPIs
Ensure Customers orders can be fulfilled by managing stock levels in the warehouses, making sure no customers orders are short
Plan transport for export customers, managing custom processes and answer any queries to make sure the stock arrives on time
Work alongside the warehouse team, dealing with anything that could impact the order flow
Making sure customer and consumer complaints are resolved in a timely manner
Ensure the customer orders are invoiced correctly on dispatch, confirming receipt of proof of deliveries from all parties to include warehouses, hauliers and couriers
Deal with any invoice disputes, working with the Finance team
Provide reports to ensure the team are reaching the Service Level KPIs
Support the Suppler Chain Team where neededWhat We're Looking For:

3-years experience working within a customer service role
Previous experience working within FMCG environment
Experience dealing with export customer and paperwork
Excellent communication skills, be it face to face, on the phone and on email
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, being able to prioritise your workload
Strong attention to detail, problem solving skills and able to adapt to change
Quick learner
IT skills, good Excel knowledge is required
