Sales Administrator Harrow Mon-Fri 9am-5pm

My Client are an award winning Organic Beauty and Skincare care products company

They are looking for a Sales Advisor for their office based in Harrow

Duties include:

* Amazon accounts: Vendor Central and Seller Central accounts

* Creating new product listings, processing orders

* Managing disputes of shortage and price claims

* Managing and coordinating all deliveries with logistics and the warehouse

* Inventory Management for Amazon accounts

* Producing reports for management and implementing promotional activity

* Answering the phone and assisting customers with their queries

* Handling customer reviews, complaints and return requests from online platforms

* Develop and manage our other e-commerce accounts, including E-bay

* Any other adhoc duties

Essential requirements:

Minimum 3 years' experience processing Amazon FBA orders

Experience for Amazon listing optimisation / PPC experience

Previous experience of Amazon Marketing Services - campaigns/Launches

Inventory Management

Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time

Results oriented, entrepreneurial, and self-motivating.
