Responsibilities:

* Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on commercial gas systems, including boilers, heating, and other associated equipment.

* Diagnosing and repairing faults in commercial gas appliances and systems.

* Conducting gas safety inspections and issuing relevant compliance certifications.

* Installation and commissioning of new commercial gas systems.

* Managing emergency call-outs and breakdowns, providing quick and effective resolutions.

* Ensuring all work complies with health and safety standards and gas regulations.

* Maintaining accurate records of all work carried out, including reports, certifications, and job sheets.

* Working with a wide range of clients, providing excellent customer service.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Min Level 2 F Gas

•Min 5 years Exp

• Must be able to work as part of a small team as well as work alone

• Essential to have excellent communication skills (both spoken and written).

• Should be self-sufficient and able to work on own initiative when needed

• Capable of service and installation works

• Chiller knowledge is an advantage

• Good Computer skills

• Customer facing

• Had exposure to M&E building services

• Must have good fault-finding skills

• Should be keen to develop their skills

• Should have a flexible approach to the type of work
