My client is seeking an exceptional talent to join their Facilities team as a Facilities Administrator. This role is crucial in ensuring that their site and all associated equipment are available for use and comply with all relevant laws and regulations. You will be performing facilities administration tasks and supporting the wider facilities team. My client is dedicated to fostering a supportive work environment where inclusivity, collaboration, integrity, and excellence are at the forefront.

Day to Day of the Role:
  • Meeting with site contractors and checking Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS).
  • Conducting Pregnancy Risk Assessments (RA) and Personal RA for employees with Facilities Manager support.
  • Assisting with monitoring and completing work logs.
  • Recording and maintaining Facilities records and spreadsheets.
  • Logging accident and incident reports.
  • Raising and monitoring work permits.
  • Ensuring all health and safety boards are up to date.
  • Managing employee mobile phone distribution and record keeping.
  • Raising purchase orders (POs) both annually and ad hoc.
  • Reviewing, recording, and approving invoices in Eskar.
  • Managing the Praxis 42 Display Screen Equipment (DSE) system.
  • Keeping the Facilities Manager informed of site actions.
  • Assisting with event room changes and providing cover for the wider Facilities team as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in facilities or customer service is desirable.
  • A positive and helpful disposition with a team player attitude.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
