Job Title: Mobile Engineer (Electrical Bias)

Location: Covering Knutsford, Northwich, Wilmslow, and Cheadle

Salary: Up to £36,000 + Van (Personal Use) & Fuel CardRole Overview:

We're looking for an electrically biased Mobile Engineer to cover retail stores, a call centre, and a distribution site across Knutsford, Northwich, Wilmslow, and Cheadle. This role combines electrical maintenance with minor plumbing and fabric tasks, ensuring facilities run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out minor plumbing repairs and general fabric maintenance.

* Complete PPMs, including emergency lighting, fire alarms, and water systems checks.

* Maintain and repair power circuits, commercial lighting, sockets, and switches.

* Perform AHU filter changes and basic servicing.

* Ensure safety compliance and maintain accurate records.

* Handle minor fabric repairs, including doors, furniture, and patchwork.

* Monitor and optimize energy efficiency in electrical systems.

* Respond promptly to reactive maintenance tasks.

* Manage workloads independently across multiple locations.
