Office Manager – Ottolenghi Richmond
Our newest addition the Ottolenghi family, Richmond are now looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team. This is a really good opportunity for someone to be part of the opening team and grow with the business.
As Office Manager at Ottolenghi Richmond, you will be:
- Generous, kind and dedicated. At Ottolenghi Richmond, we treat each other as we do our guests.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, inquiries, and requests
- Processing invoices, credit card expenses, and financial documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures
- Able to motivate and manage staff and have excellent organisational skills
As Office Manager at Ottolenghi Richmond, we will offer you:
Overtime shifts paid
A 40-hour working week, 5 days out of 7
