We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead a site-based team and oversee all commercial aspects of a major residential development. The role involves cost planning, procurement, contract administration, and ensuring financial control across multiple project phases.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost management

* Lead procurement and contract negotiations

* Manage subcontractor relationships and valuations

* Ensure commercial compliance and financial reporting

* Collaborate with technical, construction, and sales teams

Ideal Candidate:

* Strong leadership and communication skills

* Proven track record in residential construction (mid/high-rise)

* Experience with major contractors or developers

* Ability to drive cost efficiencies and project success

Package: Up to £125,000 total package, including salary, bonuses, healthcare, and pension
