A bespoke luxury High End Residential Contractor with a turnover of £50 million are seeking a Marketing/Business Development Manager to join their growing team

The Marketing Manager will collaborate with our team to make sure that everyone in the company understands the marketing vision, they will need to have a keen interest in Construction or related sector (luxury property, interior design, architecture and/or facilities), and experience in B2B marketing and professional communications.

Some of the duties include

* Oversee the annual marketing strategy and identify business development needs and growth opportunities in conjunction with the super-prime residential market.

* Design, develop and manage lead generating campaigns to generate high quality Market Qualified Leads, working closely with the Head of Business Development and Marketing to deliver content to grow our reach and build brand trust and enhance existing relationships.

* Monitor key metrics, for example campaign ROI, to assess lead generation success.

* Collaborate closely with marketing colleagues to source material as well as originate content personally and oversee a content calendar to co-ordinate the flow of content produced. (Content will include e-mail updates, monthly write-ups, company marketing materials, thought leadership articles, videos and other strategic content that can be developed and distributed across our channels and reshared by our clients)

* Plan and execute external events that strengthen relationships with both current and potential clients, and also provide an opportunity to engage with the wider super prime construction community face-to-face

* Lead on the project management of outward-facing events; develop and manage project timelines, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources and that progress is on-target to meet deadlines

* Careful management of marketing spend to ensure this stays within agreed budgets, following company financial processes and maintaining accurate record keeping in the process

* Mentor and lead the marketing team, to enhance their professional development and optimise their performance.

* Keep up-to-date with competitor positioning and tactics, as well as industry trends and the market outlook for super-prime construction generally

* Monitor and measure the effectiveness of our marketing and communications, taking full accountability for results. Ensure regular audits are carried out and analyse performance across channels and provide insightful reports.

The ideal candidate

Qualifications

* A degree in marketing and/or business-related field (or equivalent hands-on experience supported by working knowledge of marketing theory and frameworks

Skills & Abilities

* A strong project leader who is adept at building relationships and able to manage both upwards and downwards effectively to ensure everyone is bought in

* A highly organised individual with experience managing individuals in a marketing team

* Able to fulfil line management duties, and liaise with People and Culture as necessary

* Data driven and creative

* Proven track record of leading and managing effective marketing campaigns

* Strong skills in digital marketing, content creation, and analytics (SEO tools)

* Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities, adept at extracting meaningful conclusions and actions from data to fuel future successes (by understanding which metrics to monitor and optimise for)

* Self-motivated and adaptable, comfortable working both independently and as a team player.

* Champions the continuous improvement of marketing processes and practices, seeks to enhance operations and share knowledge to benefit others

* Proficient in marketing automation and analysis tools, including email marketing software, using Google tools and social media analytics (SEO tools).

* Strong skills in digital marketing & content creation (CapCut, Canva, Zoho, Final Cut Pro)

The ideal candidate must have 3-5 years experience working within Construction where you must understand the full marketing mix and lead the strategy, online and offline, including website engagement, tactical campaigns, social media analytics to develop the brand further.
