We are looking for a skilled Senior Estimator to join a leading construction firm in Bristol. You will play a crucial role in producing accurate cost estimates for residential and commercial projects, working closely with the design and project teams.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates based on project drawings and specifications.

* Assess risks and manage cost fluctuations throughout the project lifecycle.

* Produce tender submissions and assist in contract negotiations.

* Work with clients and contractors to resolve any pricing issues.

* Monitor project progress and adjust estimates as necessary.
