• Efficiently managing the company's accounts receivable portfolio
• Ensuring timely collection of payments
• Resolving billing and customer credit issues
• Processing new credit applications
• Reviewing credit terms for existing customers

Profile

A successful Credit Controller should have:

• Proven experience in a Credit Control role within the industrial or manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of account receivable principles and collection procedures
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
