Position; Temporary Sales Administrator

Location; Uxbridge

Salary; £13.00 - £14.00 per hour

Planet Recruitment have recently registered an exciting opportunity for a Temporary Sales Administrator in Uxbridge. This is starting on a temporary however, there could be an opportunity for the role to become permanent.

Working hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm.

Main responsibilities;

Providing direct line support for the Technical Sales Team.
Management of customer account setup, forms to fill, payment and monitoring.
Manage credit limits and customer issues (in consultation with team leader).
Implement agreed pricing of new and existing products.
Preparation of pricing and stock / stock plus quotation estimates.
Taking phone inquiries, raising sales leads
Sending literature
Dealing with phone / email / website inquiries
Preparing detailed stock and stock plus quotations
Processing inquiries / quotations into SORS orders
Collating order processing information into job folders
Raising SDNs delivery notes
Order Acknowledgments
Raising SIN Invoices, SCR Credit Notes, SRC processing Sales Payment Receipts
Checking stock records
Producing in-house documentation
The job will also involve discussions with customers and our sales, technical and production teamsRequired / Qualifications;

Must have office-based experience
Must also be able to evidence delivery of processes and improvements
Experience in lean manufacturing preferred
Microsoft Office experience - Excel/Word etc
Excellent interpersonal skills
Positive attitude, confident and clear communicator and strong presentation skills
Team player
Prepared to be involved in other aspects of the company's operation as requestedCommutable locations;
