Impact Resourcing is working with a leading north west based social housing contractor who is seeking three multi skilled operatives to join their team. They currently have over 40 employees and are rapidly growing, being a fantastic time to join the business.
Responsibilities:
* Undertake plastering, carpentry/joinery, tiling, and plumbing tasks in void & occupied properties.
* Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to impeccable quality standards.
* Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations at all times.
* Maintain effective communication with team members and clients.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Multi-Trader, preferably in a social housing setting.
* Proficient in plastering, carpentry/joinery, tiling, and plumbing.
* Meticulous attention to detail and a dedication to quality workmanship.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
* Capability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Possession of a full driving license.
* Access to own transportation preferred, but not required.
