Our client is a large housing association in the UK, This role is predominately remote with monthly travel to London or the nearest local office

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop, extend, implement, document and support Integration technical solutions.
  • Create technical design documents and knowledgebase articles, maintaining these to ensure the information is relevant and up to date.
  • Identify, troubleshoot and resolve customer support calls, acting as a 3rd line of support.
  • Work with functional consultants, technical consultants, architects, Microsoft and third-party vendors to investigate and resolve complex issues.
  • Ensure solutions are implemented using best practice and include error tracking and monitoring.
  • Ensure support tickets are kept up to date, and communications are meaningful and accurate.
  • Consult on and deliver change activity (lifecycle, project or continuous service improvements) safely and seamlessly.
  • Perform detailed impact analysis across a number of areas e.g.: system function, business process,integrations and by working with colleagues to understand the impact of proposed changes.
  • Ensure systems remain secure and are kept in support. New products and features will be evaluated and implemented providing value and replacing customisation with 'out of the box' features where possible.
  • Maintain documentation in line with changes to ensure the information is relevant and up to date.
  • Proactively keep up to date with specialist knowledge and skills.

Mandatory Accountabilities:

  • Has a good understanding of the housing association sector. Able to differentiate between the
  • multiple different product types and services housing associations offer and understand how
  • Clarion’s business relates to the wider housing association sector.
  • Has a detailed knowledge and understanding of the policies, procedures and decisionmaking framework relevant to your role. Understand legislative and regulatory requirements relevant to your role. Able to forecast, identify and resolve emergent risks in your area of the business. Appreciate the interconnectedness of different business functions and know where to go in business to find relevant information.
  • Has a robust understanding of all health and safety legislation relevant to your role. Ensure health and safety is used as a pro-active tool to improve results and performance throughout your team.
  • Understand the role your team has in delivering against the business’s environmental objectives and ensure these are delivered against.
  • Takes accountability for the quality of data that business decisions in your area of the business are based upon. Assesses trends in data and spot connections to draw meaningful conclusions. Makes effective decisions and recommendations based upon your findings. Has a robust understanding of data governance and protection. Follows up quickly and appropriately on any reported or suspected data breaches.
  • Has a robust understanding of all Supplier Relationship Management and Contract Management requirements relevant to the role. Designs and ensures mechanisms are adopted to deliver contract outcomes within budget and improve performance. Sets management information requirements to identify areas of poor performance by suppliers, drawing on best practice to set strategy and process. Evaluates data and use market knowledge to identify arising risks and provides advice on performance-related risk management measures. Prevents uncontrolled changes to scope, identifies breaches and implements the dispute process in the contract.
  • Undertakes any other duties and responsibilities of an equivalent nature as required.

Experience and pre-qualification criteria Essential

  • Substantial and demonstrable experience of supporting and implementing integrations in a
  • heterogenous systems architecture.
  • Ability to understand business problems and translate them into appropriate technical solutions.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Experience with:

o Designing and implementing integration solutions using a range of technologies and protocols,

o such as Cloud, Azure, ESB, API, SOA, REST, SOAP, and event-driven architecture.

o Writing Function Apps, Logic Apps and Biztalkworkflows.

o Managing Microsoft Power Platform services.

o Administering release pipelines.

o Delivering change in a highly integrated complex technical environment.

oD365 Common data model.

o Competence with JavaScript (TypeScript) or C# working with RESTful Web APIs.

o Competence with SQL (preferably T-SQL).

o Comfortable working with version control systems (e.g. TFS or Git).

Desirable

  • Experience with:

oBizTalk.

o Agile methodologies.

o Azure DevOps.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure principles and security.
  • Knowledge of using data migration tools.
  • Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate Certification or equivalent experience.
  • A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Physical Chemistry is preferred, but not required.
  • ITIL foundation certification preferred
